Bharati Payilagam Initiative
As part of their CSR initiative, Jain Metal Group signed an MoU with Sewa Bharati, a social organization focused on nationwide social-upliftment, to launch Bharati Payilagam. This project supports talented graduates from families earning less than Rs. 10,000 per month who aspire to serve as government officials.
Bharati Payilagam annually tests over 3,000 students across Tamil Nadu, selecting the top 50, who are given free hostel and coaching facilities to prepare them for competitive examinations.
The program also instills values of nationalism, discipline and social duty. After training, most students secure positions through IAS, TNPSC, Central Grade 2, Tamil Nadu Grade 2 or bank probationary exams.
