Kamlesh S Jain

CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Kamlesh Jain is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras in 1989. He has an experience of more than 30 years in the Metal industry. He has been associated with Bombay Metal Exchange Limited as the Senior Vice President of their South India chapter since October, 2024. He is the Regional Vice President, South India of the Recycling Association of Africa since October 2023. He has been associated with our Company since 2022 and was a partner of Jain Metal Rolling Mills since 1993 till its conversion into our Company in 2022.

Mayank Pareek

JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mayank Pareek is the Joint Managing Director of our Company. He obtained his bachelor’s degree of Commerce from Mohta PG College, Sadulpur, University of Ajmer. He has an experience of more than 10 years in the metal industry. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since May 1995. Before his association with our Company, he has held the position of designated partner on the board of Fervent Global LLP. He is a member of the Lead Product Advisory Committee of the Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited since November 11, 2024. He has been associated with our Company since 2022.

Amit Parakh

HEAD OF SALES

Amit Parakh, a seasoned professional with over 21 years of expertise in corporate law, corporate governance, and statutory compliance, excels in corporate planning, restructuring, and incorporation. Noteworthy is his establishment of wholly owned subsidiaries for Indian corporations in China, Iran, and UAE, along with his pivotal role in founding the green field project.

Amit's proactive involvement in securing approvals and commissioning renewable power projects highlights his commitment to sustainable development. Since joining the Jain Metal group in 2015, he has been the driving force behind statutory compliance, commercial operations, and corporate restructuring initiatives. His leadership has propelled the group towards exponential growth and facilitated its transition into a professionally managed entity. Amit's extensive professional experience also includes significant roles within various renowned multinational groups.

Hemant S Jain

Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer

Hemant Shantilal Jain is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He obtained his bachelor’s degree of commerce from M.L. Shah Commerce College, Gujarat University in March 2005. He has an experience of over 15 years in accounts, audit and taxation. He holds a certification as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since May 2008. Before his association with our Company, he has held the position of chartered accountant with Spell Bound Audits Private Limited till 2011. He has been associated with our Company since 2022 and was the Chief Financial Officer of Jain Metal Rolling Mills since April 2012 till its conversion into our Company in 2022.

Dr. Kandaswamy Paramasivan

Independent Director

Dr. Kandaswamy Paramasivan is the Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology with specialisation in mechanical engineering and a doctoral degree in Data Science and Public Policy from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He also holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley, USA. He was a member of the Indian Police Services. During his service, he served as Director General of Police / Director, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Chennai. He has also held the position as a Professor of Practice in the Department of Management Studies at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He has an experience of more than 35 years in the field of public policy. He has been associated with our Company since 2025.

Jayaramakrishnan Kannan

Independent Director

Jayaramakrishnan Kannan is the Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science in the field of Mathematics and a diploma in Systems Management from the SIES College of Arts, Science & Commerce, University of Bombay. He has held the position of Vice President on the board of Tata Consultancy Services and served as a consultant with Tata Consultancy Services. He has an experience of more than 24 years in the field of information technology. He has been associated with our Company since 2025.

Rajendra Kumar Prasan

Independent Director

Rajendra Kumar Prasan is the Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Madras. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also partner in Sanjiv Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountants. He is also a director on the board of Jumbo Bag Limited. He has an experience of more than 28 years in the field of audit practice and taxation. He has been associated with our Company since 2025.

Revathi Raghunanthan

Independent Director

Revathi Raghunanthan is the Independent Director of our Company. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is also a member of the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is a designated partner at A. Raghunathan and Co. She is a qualified Insolvency Professional registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. She has an experience of more than 30 years in the field of audit practice and taxation and has been associated with our Company since 2025.

Bibhu Kalyan Rauta

Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Bibhu Kalyan Rauta is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He obtained his bachelor’s degree of law from Lingaraj Law College, Berhampur in April 2013. He has been an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since November 2012. He has an experience of more than 9 years in the compliance and secretarial domain. Before his association with our Company, he has held the position of Deputy Manager – Company Secretary - Legal of Lincoln Electric Company (India) Private Limited from November, 2016 till July, 2024. He has been associated with our Company since August, 2024. He is a permanent employee of the Company. He was appointed as a Company Secretary in August 2024 .

Sanchit Jain

Executive Director

Sanchit Jain holds a Commerce degree and an Integrated Global Bachelor of Business Administration from SPJ Global Management in Sydney and Dubai. Sanchit's vision is to establish the largest facility for recycling, producing products that meet the highest international standards in quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Quickly after joining business in 2019 he developed a deep understanding of business and assumed large responsibility to look after the entire supply chain. His responsibilities include strategic leadership and financial oversight, and he is committed to advancing the company's mission to revolutionise recycling practices. He is well-versed in the non-ferrous metal domains, including lead, copper, aluminium, tin, nickel and zinc.

Leading the Jain Metal Group, he adeptly orchestrates all facets of trade and operations. Through his strategic direction, the company consistently procures over 20,000 metric tons of materials monthly, sourced from an extensive network encompassing more than 70 countries worldwide.

Atul Pareek

DIRECTOR OF GOLD REFINERY

Atul Pareek, with a B.Tech from NIT Warangal and an MBA from ICFAI Business School, has over 22 years of experience in IT, Food Tech, and Reverse Logistics. His expertise spans discrete manufacturing, telecom, food tech, and IT. As an IT and business consultant, Atul delivered multi-million-dollar savings for clients and established several revenue-generating service lines and practices.

He founded a pioneering food tech startup, introducing one of the first shared food delivery models and a B2C tiffin platform characterized by B2B. In reverse logistics, he conceived idea of B2B platform linking large consumers with fragmented suppliers.

Atul joined Jain Metal Group in April 2024 to expand its international presence and currently leads Jain Ikon Global Ventures FZC in Sharjah, UAE, focusing on gold and silver refining.

Abhi Jain

General Manager – Finance

Abhi Jain, a Chartered Accountant at the young age of 22, boasts a wealth of experience spanning 7 years in auditing, taxation, and financial management. His expertise extends to providing monthly MIS reports to the Board of Directors, aiding in informed decision-making.

Abhi's professional trajectory commenced as an audit associate at prominent Big Four firms, where he made notable contributions to auditing operations for some of the largest automobile joint ventures. Since 2018, he has been an integral part of Jain Metal Group, with a primary focus on financial and management reporting.

Abhi's early accomplishments and steadfast dedication exemplify his commitment to excellence in the financial sector, positioning him as an asset to the Jain Metal Group. His ascent to prominent positions, such as becoming a CFO at the young age of 29, further underscores his remarkable talent and leadership potential.

Vijay Kumar

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Vijay Kumar is a dynamic professional with a background in Science and an MBA in operations management. With 28 years of dedicated service in the metal and metal recycling sectors, he currently holds the esteemed position of Chief Operating Officer at Jain Metal Group. His expertise lies in overseeing efficient plant operations across various verticals including Copper, Lead, Aluminium, Plastic and Tin.

Vijay Kumar's skill set encompasses plant setup, driving new product development, implementing cost reduction strategies, optimizing inventory and quality management, and promoting environmental stewardship. Energetic and passionate, he continuously strives to elevate industry standards and make significant contributions to national development initiatives.
